Enrollment / Tuition

How to Enroll
Information packets and applications are available from Miss Rodgers, Director.  Call at your convenience (541-740-0237) to schedule a visit to the school site and an interview with your child or children.  Spaces are not assigned until an enrollment contract has been offered and signed – and the related deposit(s) accepted.

Waiting List
If space is not available at the time an application is received it will not be processed for the current school year unless the enrolling parent(s ) request a reservation on the School’s Waiting List.  A non-refundable enrollment deposit will give preference to acceptance in the order the deposits are received.

Enrollment

Children are currently enrolled in Kindergarten and grades two through four beginning in September 2001.  Additional grades shall be added annually or as students qualify for admission.  At least two classrooms are reserved for at least twenty-four students this year.  Grouping of the children will be determined by learning readiness for the Carden curriculum rather than age.

Application Fee (
Attach to application
): $50.00

Registration Fee (
With enrollment contract
): $75.00

Enrollment Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $400 per child and $360 per sibling guarantees each child’s space.  The deposit is deducted when submitting payment in full – whether on the one, two, or ten payment plan.

Tuition and Fees

Tuition and fees are due on or before the beginning of school in the fall.  This year’s due date is September 4, 2001.  The tuition may also be paid in either two ( 60% / 40%) or ten equal payments with a $25 service fee per payment.

Families enrolling multiple children receive a 10% discount on the tuition of the second and subsequent children in the lower of the children’s grade(s).

The Book Fees cover the use of textbooks and workbooks, all school supplies (excluding mechanical pencils), custom lessons, Carden testing and standardized testing, bound end-of-the-year lesson papers, art supplies, music supplies, and one Parent-Student Handbook per family.
